Hip flexion (m. iliopsoas), L3 nerve stretch test, Sensation medial knee joint, Patellar reflex.

L4 (key examinations highlighted):

Dorsiflexion ankle (m. tibialis anterior), Lasegue, Sensibility medial malleolus, Patellar reflex.

  • Extension big toe (m. extensor hallucis longus)
