Iliosacral joint tests
- There are five relevant iliosacral joint tests that should be performed
- Iliosacral joint compression and distraction test
- Knee-to-shoulder test
- FABER (Patrick) test
- P4 test
- Gaenslen Test
- If at least three of the tests reproduce the patient's pain experience, this points toward iliosacral joint arthritis
- Possible differential diagnoses are; Hip osteoarthritis, Nerve root involvement L3 or L4, Inflammation in the symphysis
