• Haglund's heel means a bony growth at the attachment of the Achilles tendon. Pain over a protruding bump, underneath and lateral to the tendon attachment.
• Bursa retrocalcanea is located under the Achilles tendon down towards the distal attachment on the calcaneus. Pain, swelling, and fluctuation when the bursa is palpated. Diagnosed with ultrasound.
